Abstract:This paper gives a feasible way for calculating the mobility of membrane lipid with detailed operating steps , calculational method and it’s resultant formula. It solves the problem that how to calculate diffusion coefficient D when the fluorescence have significant linear attenuation which is often observed in FRAP experiments.
