摘  要  介绍国内首台获得药监局审批合格的“风浴”型定量PCR分析仪的实际临床使用情况，并且对进行乙型肝炎病毒临床检测的实际效果进行评述，为今后国内定量PCR分析仪技术革新提供帮助。

Detection of HBV by Real-time PCR Detection System

         Abstract  This article introduces the clinic condition of real-time PCR detection system  with the hot-turning-wind technique, which is the first internal PCR detection certificated by Beijing Drug Administration  and also presses the result of detecting HBV under the clinic condition of actual practice, and tries its best to contribute to the development of PCR analysis technique.
