摘  要  介绍了国内外微波化学仪器的发展进程和主要技术原理，尤其是微波样品处理仪器的特点和工作原理，包括温度、压力、功率等参数的控制和各项安全保护措施的实施，是巧妙利用现有资源，开发具有自主知识产权的国产仪器的成功案例。

        Abstract  This article introduced the development course and major technical principle of microwave chemistry instrument,  it especially introduced characteristics and working principle of microwave sample preparation instrument, including control of temperature, pressure and microwave power as well as safety protection functions.  This  is a successful story of utilizing existing resource and developing "Made In China" instrument with own intellectual properties
